Forefoot Insoles Cooling Gel Foot Pad

These were a life saver. They are extremely comfortable! The only thing is that if your shoes are tight in the toe area already these will make your shoes a bit more snug. They are gel and about 1/4 inch thick so they do take up room but are totally worth it! And u can't remove them and switch them to any shoes you want to wear !

It feels good in the first time trying on, but after an hour I feel so much pain. My feet feel too tight and my foot balls are frozen from getting pain.Must return it.

These inserts, though thin, were still too thick for my stocking covered foot to fit into my shoe. I couldn't use them.

These are super sticky and just thick enough for comfort without being too noticeable in my sandals. I've worn them on some pretty hot days and they haven't lost their adhesive due to sweat.

I'm not WOW'd by these. Cooling? I don't experience that

They great! They really protect your feet against shock at walking. I would like the seller has packages of 4 pairs and so on. Because they are not removable which makes them perfect.

Only as wide as half my shoe. Tried wearing two in one shoe, but didn't work for me...
