Does this product has any california state warning for material that cause cancer?

The laptop I'm using causes cancer in California. The Radon gas rising out of the earths soil causes cancer. Gas station receipts cause cancer. Gasoline, which contains benzene is a known carcinogen. I bought these to keep a car or truck from moving while I change a tire, I did not buy them to eat. An Unusual accident happened to me while I was underneath a large Dodge car with all four wheels on the ground. I did not "Chock" the wheels because I did not think I needed to. However, I was just intending to lubricate a kickdown lever on the auto transmission. I disconnected the wrong lever and just slightly pushed the lever, The car immediately began to roll down my driveway while I was under it. I had pushed the lever into Reverse. Yes I was stupid. I was pinned under the car with the front wheel against me. I was in coveralls and could not free myself. I did not care if I ripped the coveralls but it was almost impossible to wriggle out. I did finally get out and tried to hold the front wheel but I could not. The wheel rolled over my hand, into the blacktop. I then tried to grab the car but I got pulled onto my knees. The car was only stopped by hitting another car in the driveway. A few cuts on the back of my hand but no tendon damage, skinned knees, and a bruise on my left side. NEVER get under a car unless you Chock the wheels. I learned the hard way. The car would not downshift when pressing the accelerator to the floor. The fault was corrosion of the kickdown rod. Solved by white lithium grease (Lubriplate).

What is frustration free packaging?

"Frustration free" packaging just means that you won't need a saw, chisel and vice grips to get it out of it's packaging. I think that term became popular back when cd's were put into theft-proof cases that took 45 minutes, 17 tools, and 8 broken nails to remove from the case. My wheel chocks were not packaged; they were loose in the box. They are sturdy and I am very happy with them.

What do the ropes do? Are they really necessary? Do they really help?

Ropes helps pull them out from the tire, they do get wedged in. Tug on the rope and it's easier to get them out.

SUPER LIGHTWEIGHT CHOCKS!

PROS: LIGHTWEIGHT, LOW PRICE FOR THE PAIR. CONS: MADE OF THIN, SLIPPERY-TYPE PLASTIC, BUT I'M SURE THEY'LL WORK AND WORK WELL. IF I HAD TO DO OVER AGAIN, I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED SOLID RUBBER CHOCKS. BUT MIND YOU, THESE ARE DECENT QUALITY AND THEY WORK FOR YOU.
