For this project I am making a rug. And this macrame cord has been wonderful! It would be fantastic for all kinds of projects! It’s easy to work with, true to color. It offers great durability which is important when creating a large floor rug! The length is accurate, and it gives a beautiful finish to my work! It’s strong and has good quality. It gives a nice weight to the rug, which is holding up nicely. Other materials I have worked with, I’ve found inconsistencies with the cord connections in the spool, where as this particular one has one continuous length of one cord. I did not find any “reconnection knots” where it shows 2 separate cords were knotted in the middle of the spool, to make it the length that was claimed. (That issue creates a waste of material when cutting your pieces, and also can cause your cord to separate or fray in parts where you don’t want it to.) But not with this product! I have ordered again and again! And will continue. I love this product!

I bought several of these sets of macrame cord in different colors, both 3mm and 4mm, all from the same seller. It is very beautiful and is perfect for crocheting market, grocery bags, or cosmetic bags. It's soft enough to work with but sturdy enough that it will hold up to repeated use. I love this cord and it's much cheaper in bulk here than in my local craft stores. I've crocheted a few market bags so far but I have not done a wash test to see if the colors run. I've used the bags I crocheted myself for groceries and taking stuff to the beach, and the cord has held up well to repeated use. I will be buying more of these cord spools, as I plan to make more market bags for gifts. You can also use this for macrame projects

It's good macrame cord. It seems a bit thicker than I thought, I have a 3 mm cord that is tiny compared to this one. And have seen a 6 mm cord in stores that is thinner than this one.
