Running On Clouds
I was pretty skeptical at first, this was the first time I had to get any insoles and didn't know if it was all hype or not. And for a bit, they just felt different, and I couldn't gauge as I was walking if they were truly helping anything. But as soon as I started running in them it all made sense. These are like having shock absorption pads built into the shoe. It's hard to describe otherwise, but I can feel they really help me avoid any further metatarsal injuries as I run, which is why I got them. It's like running on clouds, but walking feels about the same to me. Since I started with these my running performance increased dramatically as I didn't need to worry about an accidental injury again, plus it just felt nice. I'll buy these again if I get a second pair of running shoes!

Helped with my shin splints
I always would get very severe soreness/shin splints when I play basketball or any sport that requires me to run a lot, I believe it's due to me being flat footed and running very aggressively, like almost stomping sometimes. I played with these for the first time yesterday and today, the next day at the time of writing this my legs feel amazing even after hitting legs in the gym a day prior to playing. That shin pain I usually feel isn't there whatsoever and I feel like I can play again today. I'll see if they hold up but so far this is already an amazing purchase

Excellent insoles for running
I've been running for almost 15 years now, and I'm the type of runner that wears their shoes far longer than the manufacturer recommends (really, replace $140 shoes every 6 months?).I bought these insoles because I was using the stock shoe insoles, and had plantar fasciitis return. I figured it was worth a try. For my other shoes, I can never seem to find insoles I actually like. They are usually too "squishy" for my liking and just never feel right. These are definitely a little squishy, and feel odd when you first wear them. It felt like there was a "ball" just above my forefoot. It felt weird to walk or run in them, but I decided to give it a chance. It felt like something that would settle in ( and it did, can't feel it anymore). Arch support is good. It makes my shoes fit a bit more snug, which is good so my foot is not sliding around. If you're a runner and need to replace your shoes insoles- these are very good. My favorite is Ortholite, but these are 2nd and that's not a bad thing. Definitely get these if you are having pain! Worth it.

Great comfort at a fraction of the cost of custom insoles.
My husband loves these insoles. Provide him a lot of comfort for a fraction of the cost. He is on his feet a good chunk of hi work day in heavy steel tipped work boots. They last him quite a while. I just bought an extra pair since the price came down a bit. Just bought myself a pair.

Not quite right
Unfortunately, these were a bit more thick than I'd expected. I could see them being great for most people, but in my particular running shoes, they were just too thick and made the shoes unwearable. I think they're worth a shot of you need insoles, just be aware that they might not be quite right for every shoe.

Offers support and padding for many foot issues
This is a good value and does just as well as more expensive insoles for plantar fasciitis and other age related foot aches and pains. I've been using these for about 10 years and in that time have tried others at 2-3 times the price, but they were no more comfortable. I don't like that they have one product for such a wide range of shoe sizes. It was easier to fit when they had small and large variants.
