I bought this flour to use in Ketobiotic recipes. I made chicken nuggets with the flour and found it adhered well to the chicken pieces, didn't burn unless I left it in the pan too long, and tasted light and crispy.

I used this product to bread eggplant. It came out delicious as wee as being low carb.

Nice almond flour will purchase again

Is expensive but what is not as of late. Like previous content in the most average of products. I saw in a neighboring website a savvy vendor post a can of crushed tomatoes, withholding the brand to protect all parties, for close to $11 buckaroos. One you find in a market for certainly under $2. Greedy, greedy, but who is counting? This Almond Meal certainly is in a higher hierarchy as a can of tomates. Looks very nice, makes even the price and amount a little easier to swallow (pun intended) and if used for baking promises good results. Price 3 Stars. Quality probably 4.3+ Stars.

I’ve been using to make banana bread. My son loves it and prefers the consistency to store bought.

Needed for a German spice cookies made at Christmas. Price was good.I did not think I would find it at a local store.

I ordered this as it was an ingredient for some german holiday cookies I made. They turned out great! What more could I ask for? Since the bag is resealable (a nice plus), I put the remainder in the freezer for my next batch of Pfeffernüsse - yum!
