I purchased this item for my 70 year old mom. The arthritis on her knee really acts up during the winter. She LOVES it!!!!!! Says it gives her instant relief and loves, loves, loves the massage and heat. THANK YOU!

Love this device for my sore knee.

Feels great, really loosens me up when my knees are tight after exercise. Make sure you use the third massage setting, it is far better than the first two.

Would not stay on knee

I wanted something that would massage my knee, not just vibrate and heat up if I wanted one of those I would have bought one of the more inexpensive ones. I was seriously hoping for one that actually massages my knee. Horrible!

Too expensive for what little it does. Barely vibrates and is not comfortable to use.

I found the "iVOLCONN Knee Wrap Massager with Heated and massage" which cost slightly more but did exactly what I wanted and needed. I liked the "iVOLCONN Knee Wrap Massager with Heated and massage" so much I ordered a second one that a friend loved so I'll be ordering another one in the future so I have two.One drawback that I would suggest they look into is that the straps just fall off easily and do not snap into position. If the straps would clip on better they wouldn't be lost as easily.

 Purchased this for my sport knees and hope to extend out my basketball life! ( personally played semi-pro for the past 10 plus years, had both meniscus torn and MCl issues through out the years) I have personally went to do Acupuncture to help remove pain in my knees. The acupuncturist recommended me to have heat my knees whenever that I got time. Thus, I have decided to purchase this item. When the items arrives, it was well packed. It comes with two strips, heating device and power cord. Please see pics below. I also had uploaded a video to demo this product. If you had the same issues with your knees, please feel free to check it out before purchase this item! Overall, I am happy with the device which it provided the heating feature for what I needed. There is only one complaints that I have Which is the device is NOT cordless! Therefore, each time when I am in the therapy session, I will be tied up in the spot for 30-40mins! I wish this was cordless.
