UPDATED AT THE BOTTOM: I ordered for joint pain since I can no longer take nsaids, have noticed my joints are feeling some better already. Will update after taking for a while. UPDATE: THIS STUFF WORKS!!! I have been taking this Himalaya Boswellia for a while now and I can say w/100% certainty IT WORKS! My joints started feeling much better (swelling went down also) after a few days, I have osteoarthritis and it is very painful(along w/ spine disability that is excruciating) and this has helped me more than ANYTHING I have EVER TAKEN in 30 yrs of multiple surgeries!( It's not gonna work like what they give you after surgery of course), but for long term relief, it's AMAZING! I know this for sure because I tried a cheaper/more for your $ brand and my joints swelled immediately and the pain returned tenfold! I order more of the Himalaya brand and the swelling and pain was already subsiding by the end of the day! The product they use for Himalaya brand must be the legit resin used b/c the cheaper brand smelled the same but I believe the trees used in the cheap brand must've been grown elsewhere besides India,(I believe some are grown in China, etc)I. I'm to get my Mom some since she suffers from arthritis also. Btw, I received NOTHING for this review, it is a REAL, UNBIASED review. I say this b/c I want others like me to feel the effects and get the same relief I have gotten. Pain is miserable and I am so Blessed to have found and tried this product! Thank GOD for making the trees it comes from and I Thank the Folks who make this Himalaya Boswellia and make it Affordable for folks like me on a Very Limited income. I'm not in a rush to share my opinion about this but I wanted to say that it had very good effect on my knees. I'm 44 and both meniscus jas injuries and felt painful even after 15 sessions of physical therapy. 1st of all I stopped the stupid therapy. 2nd I started to take these capsules to help improve my memory as I've hear they are helping your memory. I've also informed by my family doctor that these capsules are good for my knees and I've suddenly noticed that my knee pain has been heeled alot after 3 weeks. Give it a try. The side effect is an improved memory...😇

I trust the Himalaya Brand and decided to try this when my usual brand was out of stock. I've been satisfied with the results. Of course, I take other supplements for arthritis and joint pain too. I also take these other supplements daily: Turmeric w/ Meriva Boswellia Bromelain Ultimate Bone Support MSM 1,000 mg Some of the supplements below I also take on an As-Needed Basis (which isn't very often). 5-Loxin 150mg (High Bioavailability Boswellia) UC-II Collagen White Willow Bark Extract Rose Hips SAMe Pycnogenol ASU (have not tried this yet as it is expensive) The above list of supplements I have found through my own research for treating joint pain. But you need to do your own research. You should also make sure the supplements you choose don't interfere with any prescription drugs you might be taking, so be sure to consult with your doctor to make sure it's of for you to take them (should you decide to try any of them).

This is a very good product. Although the name of the product that I received was different than what was marketed (sold as Boswellia, received Shallaki), but when I researched it they are one in the same just different names in the U.S vs. India where it shipped from. I have Ulcerative Colitis and it has been my experience that this herb in conjunction with others helps keep my U.C in remission and the flare ups not as severe. I have run out of this product a couple of times and I have paid the price so it is something that I will keep stocked up on. I would recommend this to people that have an inflammatory disease even though it is mostly marketed for inflammation in the joints apparently it works on other inflammation as well.

I bought this because it said they help with Infomation. I took them finish the whole bottle and never got any difference in the inflammation in my joints so I won’t be buying these again.

Very useful and beneficial supplement for joints especially knee and osteoarthritis...worth product....comlete valur for money...The only thing is that it has a side effect which is not a good thing.....My mother uses it for three months, she had got relief from the pain but the pain came back after few months... and she had the problem of falling hair with this product..Moreover, it has too many side effects...

Good product but why increase price from 1900 INR to 2750INR !!!

This product Boswellia is for the American market. The equivalent of it from Himalaya for India is Shallaki at a fraction of the price. I have been using it for two months now. Unsure if it has made any difference.
