Absolute requirement for use with Dremel bits
My WEN rotary tool had problems with some Dremel bits until I got this. After I got this, I never went back to the sleeved pressure grips. You must be careful when attaching pin-vise sub-mm drill bits in particular, but it does the job well. Well worth the price.

Game changer
I used 1/16” up to 1/8” and the chuck kept its grip drilling thru hardwood. Much better than using the standard chuck with the tool. I can now use my small drill bits. Just awesome!

Good enough for average speed.
It helps from changing collet when using different shank diameter. It has good balance for average speed but not for very high speed. But ..... it's worth for the price paid.

Fits Wen 23103
This is a life saver. It saves so much time from trying to look for collets and looking to find the right size or replace worn out collets. It’s simple, you loosen it to open the chuck and tighten to close the chuck. Just like a drill and when you have it hand tight get your spanner wrench and give it a light turn to make it snug so the bit won’t come loose. Also I want to mention, when you receive this keyless chuck, it does not open or close unless it’s being threaded onto the rotary tool. FYI. I also found that this keyless chuck fits the flex shaft that came with my Wen 23103. This has completely changed the game for me. Great quality and simplicity at its finest. A+

Not good for detail carving
These are well made and sturdy but they do cause excessive vibration in the bit compared to a standard chuck. You just can't hand tighten them sufficiently to create a sturdy grip. I bought them for quick bit changes while carving but the excessive vibration is a hindrance for detailed work.

DOES NOT FIT DREMELS
Nice device. Just wish some reviews hadn't said it fit a Dremel. It does NOT fit Dremel brand.

Excelente para mi herramienta wen
Quedó perfecto con la herramienta wen23114, sin duda le añade más versatilidad y hace más fácil el uso de la herramienta, amplía un poco más el grueso de las brocas y vástagos a usar, me encantó.
