今まで、錠剤のみ使っていました。750mgを摂るのは錠剤が大きすぎて諦めていましたが、これは助かっています。母が飲んでいますが、「美味しい」と喜んで摂ってくれています。他には舌下で吸収する物もあるようですが、口に数分含む必要あるのでこれの方が良いと思います。

Very healthy for joints and mobility but tastes nasty.

My sister has been on this for awhile and has been pushing me to try it as well. Wow, what a difference over the pills. Maybe because it's a liquid, it seems very fast active. I've refrigerated it first and the teaspoon dose goes down easy with a citrus flavor. I am very active, so looking forward to feeling less joint pain.
