Great value for my money Garden of life is one of my go to trusted brands on the market instead of all the synthetic junk out there that companies clam are health but filled with heavy metals fillers and all kinds of other junk. This stuff is awesome!

These work and I mean they work well! I had small bowel removal 2 years ago so my life is about keeping things flowing. When I got “backed up” recently, my gastroenterologist suggested a $600 a month laxative. I said no way...I gotta figure this out. I started with different brands of GOL fiber and it helped but I still needed more help. My first purchase was the 50 billion and it worked well. After a recent really bad ear infection then antibiotics, a yeast infection was on deck. I decided to give my system a much need boost so purchased the 100b. It’s very strong but that is good. I see other reviews about the price. I will gladly pay $30 over $600 for my health. I hope this review will find someone with a similar situation and be helpful to them. God bless!

Love these so much. They help with stomach issues but I will admit they don’t taste very well so make sure you have water handy quickly

For several years now I've been taking Garden of Life products. These alltho a bit pricey compared to what I normally got, are much more worth it.You see for 20+ years I've been dealing with serious absorption problems due to a "open rout n y" gastric bypass. I have developed many other complications from this procedure and now with Chron's added to the list, I needed something that could help. It has helped me with bloating n gas, it has lessen my restroom trips n it even has helped sooth my stomach from the relentless discomfort I have felt for years...I honestly don't mind paying extra for these because they work!!!

Little bit expensive, but it works.My whole family has IBS, so we’ve probably tried almost every probiotic on Amazon. During Prime Day and Black Friday, we decided to try some higher-end products. While they’re not bad, I wouldn’t say they offer a dramatic improvement compared to the 60-billion-count products. Overall, I trust this brand, but this particular product feels decent — well-made, but the value for the price doesn’t seem great.
