Great value, works as expected
I’ve had this is my home gym for about a year and a half now, and it’s still just as good as the day I bought it. It’s easy to use, is pretty versatile, and totally worth it in my opinion. Do pay attention to the nut on the pulley wheel attachments though as they need tightening from time to time. Specifically the nut on the bolt that the straps attach to for hanging the wheel. Other than that I haven’t had a single issue using this product a few days a week since April 2022

Convenient and portable Cable system
I’ve been wanting to have a Cable system addition to my garage gym. I even designed & built a top Rig that goes on top of my Squat rack just for these Cable sets.Pros: Plenty of carabiners, extra straps, good handles for Cable crossovers, seated rows and other workout movements, professional standard Tricep ropes, detachable plate loading pin (for 1” & 2” plates)with a barbell clip, interchangeable for different workout movements. 360 degrees pulleys.Cons: Short Lat pulldown bar. Not designed for wide grips so it’s not the standard size you see at the gym (but still workable), you need a third pulley so you can do Cable crossovers and Triceps without the hassle of changovers, the 90” cable (see pictures) is way too long for doing Lats pulldown and Triceps pulldown. 1. Either I had to go farther and it doesn’t do the job right on your Lats (personal preference) 2. I had to use an extra carabiner to shortened the cable by looping it around without getting in the way or the third option by using one of the 70” cables. As for loading pins I highly recommend 2” smaller plates to place on the loading pin like 10 lbs. and 25 lbs. instead of a wide standard size 45 lbs. plates. Because if you’re not careful the wide plates will land behind your ankles and that sh*t hurts when bringing the Cables back when done doing the Cable Crossovers if you’re not aware of it (see pictures)Something to think about.Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Game changer for small home setups.
This is an incredible value for small home gym setups. For the price you pay you receive a great kit made of high quality and sturdy materials. It has greatly enhanced the number of exercises I am able to perform when I am home away from the gym. I’ve regularly had 200lbs+ on the cables with no issues with the cabling, pulleys or straps and use the system 3-4 days a week. It’s not 100% perfect, (The lat pull down bar is a little small and required some diy drilling to put together straight, and the cable lengths may not be ideal depending on your particular setup), but for what it is, I can honestly say it is WELL worth the small investment for anyone who is of above average seriousness about their training. Just be sure to use it safely and responsibly: Go very slow and light at first until you get used to the feel of a free swinging pulley system.Personally, one of my best purchases on Amazon.

This works great and was exactly what I wanted.
The pulleys are very sturdy and and track amazingly. The cables are high pound coated wire and there are 2 sets of cables or came with that make creating difference set ups a breeze. The triceps rope and handles are excellent as well. The carabiners seem sturdy, but without purchasing heavy duty carabiners I would be reluctant to go very heavy. I have used this at 100lbs and everything seemed solid. The pull down bar is quite narrow, barely the width of my shoulders, but it still works. My best recommendations would be to eventually replace the pulldown bar for a larger one and potentially replace the carabiners if you would feel safer knowing the poundage they can hold.
