This works great. I love that it has two settings. It’s been a huge hit with shaved ice fir snow cones for the kids as well as frozen strawberry margaritas for the adults. The rougher ice is great for different drinks. Easy to operate and clean.

It's a great machine but I need a new on off switch. Please help. thanks

Wanted to like this, but it does not get soft enough for true shave ice. You know that sbow like texture. It's crunchy snow cone texture even on the "fine" setting. There's no way for the ice to get smooth enough for smoothies and shave ice like the picture shows. Its misleading especially for the price. Product did arrive on time and was well packaged. It's a decent weight. Not too heavy, it does hold a good amount of ice in the hopper, and it shoots out fast. Wish this worked for me. Sadly I'm returning it.

Very disappointed with this machine. It looked promising, but the performance was terrible. The ice shaving is inconsistent, and it jams constantly—even when using the recommended ice. The machine feels cheap and flimsy, and the instructions were confusing and poorly translated. I’ve only used it a few times and already regret buying it. Not worth the money at all. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I am blow away at how well this works! It can make snow cones so fast!! Easy to clean too!
