I have tried several different brands of electrolyte drops over the years and I initially switched over to Ketolyte drops because of the glass packaging, as I'm trying to reduce plastic as much as possible. They work just as effectively (if not better) as any of the other brands I have tried and there-usable, heavy glass bottle is really nice. I put the recommended amount in my 32oz. water bottle every day and I have not had any issues with feeling dehydrated or had any keto-flu symptoms like leg cramps, fatigue or headaches. The taste is barely noticeable, not too salty or mineral-like.

Brilliant product for health and well being you will certainly feel a lot better with energy and calmness can’t recommend this product more highly!

I'm sensitive to all the flavorings used in most electrolyte drink mixes, as well as citric acid (made from aspergillus niger, look it up) so finding one without all that, (that I can add to my own natural drink I make with real lemon juice and an allulose monkfruit blend purchased on here) was not easy and I was glad to find this one. It does add a bit of a salty taste but that's ok. Four squirts from the filled to the line dropper is a full single dose for an 18-20 oz tumbler.

The taste could be better. I use it in flavory drinks like coffee or sweet tea.

I really like this product and will be using it regularly. I have been using it every day for several weeks now. I have had no problems with dehydration or keto flu since I started using it. It gives water a satisfying thickness. It is completely flavorless. When I feel dehydrated and I add this product to my water, I feel hydrated much faster than not using this product.
