This omega-3 gummy was recommended by our naturopathic physician for our 7-year-old son to help with focus at school. He takes one chew daily, and we are about three weeks into consistent use. The flavor is surprisingly good—rich and “full,” with an orange crème finish. The texture is softer than most gummy supplements, which makes them easy to chew. We’ve had no resistance from our son taking these and no complaints about taste or texture. Most importantly, we’ve seen a considerable improvement in his focus. His teacher has independently reported the same change at school, which reinforces that the results are real. The packaging arrived intact and keeps the gummies fresh. While it is not designed to be child-resistant, it did take some coaching to teach our 7-year-old how to open it properly. Once he understood to push the gummy from the clear side, it was easy to use. The price is a bit high, but given the results, I’m willing to pay it. My only real complaint is the quantity: 57 gummies per package is an odd number. Since my son takes a half dose, it doesn’t align well with a 2-month subscribe-and-save cycle. A count closer to 60 would make more sense. Overall, this product works for us, is easy for a child to take, and delivers real results. I would definitely recommend it, especially for parents addressing focus concerns.

I am turning 40 in May and my body has already issued a formal protest. I woke up one morning, turned my head to check the alarm, and my neck made a sound like someone stepping on a dry bag of chips. That was my wake-up call. ​I bought these because 'Brain, Heart, and Immune Support' is now my primary personality trait. Usually, fish oil supplements taste like you licked the underside of a pier (I also loathe the taste of fish) These taste like a tropical vacation (that I can’t afford). Zero fishy aftertaste. I don't burp and wonder if a sea captain just moved into my esophagus.I used to walk into the kitchen and stare at the fridge like it held the secrets to the universe, entirely forgetting I just went in there for a spoon. Since starting these, I actually remember the spoon. It’s a miracle. ​Im at the age where 'staying hydrated' is a competitive sport, so my 40-year-old brain and creaky knees are already thanking me!

I love gummies and wanted to like this product, but the texture is off-putting. Think slippery slime wafer. Moreover, the taste is very odd. Directions say to take with food. I found that taking it alone, without food, was passable, but taking it with food made everything else taste weird. Am not sure if I'll take anymore or just toss, but I definitely will not reorder. UPDATE: ONE WEEK LATER: DOWNGRADING FROM 3 STARS: impossible to get down. And I love sardines, mackerel, anchovies, so it's not a fish taste that is off-putting. There is just something really nauseating between the texture and the attempt to mask a fish taste that is truly foul. Am throwing box out, wasting $40. :(

Finally, an Omega product that I can take! I've tried so many other so-called 'mini' pills and although they are shorter than the regular, they are still too 'fat', and the feeling of them getting stuck (even though they don't really), is too unpleasant (okay, scary). These don't exactly have a gummy texture, more like a firm gelatin to me. The flavor says 'tropical', kind of like what you'd taste from a tropical flavored Tums or gum. It leaves an aftertaste, which I just save my last bite of food to help cover up. The texture is fine. I don't chew it completely, then wash it down with lots of water.

Great product. Well absorbed. Doesn't seem to bother me at all and I have Alpha Gal. Sadly, the packaging needs to be better. It came in a soft envelope and the products were crushed and damaged. They need to be shipped in a box. I hope that happens.

We have tried five different Omega-3 gummies as my son is deficient and needs a supplement. These were the only ones he will take willingly! Yes, the texture is not that of a standard gummy, but they are chewable, sugar-free and taste good enough for a 10 year old! So glad that I found these!

My dad is impossible to get to take his vitamins and supplements, especially fish oil because of their usual large pill or capsule size. However, these gummies have been a GAME CHANGER!!! Have 3 days taking them they taste like orange with a hint of fish I like them I love that it provides 1200 mg per 2 gummies I have dysphagia so swallowing huge pills like ordinary people is not doable for me so this is an excellent product for me. I definitely recommend if you can afford because I know it's pricey, if you don't have difficulty swallowing then looking for pill option is probably more affordable for you. I've tried other Nordic products before I developed dysphagia and they are definitely good.
