Does the job. The adhesive holds well. Nobody makes one of these that lasts forever. These hold up as well as I expected.

Good adhesive

Pros: Easy to install and I haven't had the adhesive come off before they wear out. Can shoot a few hundred arrows before they wear out (with 40lb recurve). Easy to remove. Very inexpensive Cons: They will eventually wear out, so keep the extras in your range bag. Once the hook is gone it is useless and really annoying to try and use. Tip: I set my top nock point on my bow string so my arrow nock touches the top nock point when I am using this arrow rest and I set my bottom knock point so my arrow nock touches the bottom nock point when I am shooting off the shelf. This is so if this rest wears out or breaks I can still nock my arrows quickly and keep the arrow level.

If you use plastic vanes on a recurve bow with a built in rest, these work great to protect the vanes when shooting. Not necessary if using feathers, though some claim an increase in accuracy with a raised rest. Just stick on the shelf and go. Very inexpensive, but functional

Not bad for the price..

A few of these came with my bow and arrow set or maybe with some other accessory and they didn't last long but these ones specifically have lasted quite a long time. One of them I would say lasted maybe 20 rounds of a dozen arrows.

The product worked great. The balls don't spin as smooth as you would hope but they spin free enough to do the job. Would order again and recommend.
