As an electrician
So I first bought one at Home Depot, I got a chance to use it 1 time before it broke, so I decided to buy this one. Much better quality, less expensive and it’s actually a great torque wrench vs some bs, lame, cheaply made crap from Home Depot

RebarTech Click Torque Wrench
I purshcase this RebarTech Click Torque Wrench to tighten small bolts on my Yamaha F150 Outboard Engine. Some of the bolts on the Yamaha ourboard require torgue as little a 5 ft. lbs. The Yamaha engine is made of aluminum, so I fear overtightneing and stripping the internal threads on the Yamaha engine.I tested this touque wrench first on a nut clamped in a bench vise before using it on my Yamaha Engine. First with the torque wrench set to 5 ft. lbs., then set it to 10 ft. lbs. and finally to 20 ft. lbs. I was please that I could easily fell are hear the "click" when the bolt reached the specified torque setting. After testing the wrech on the nut clamped is a vise, I went on to use it on my Yamaha engine. I'm please to say it worked well, with no problems.I like the sliding lock. The scale is easy to read, but you may need reader glasses if your close up vision isn't good.Good value and fast shipping.

Good value for 300 lb-ft 1/2" wrench, torque-reached click is quiet and mild
I like this RebarTech 1/2" drive, 300 lb-ft torque wrench. It's a good value for a wrench that can handle 300 lb-ft. The dial is easy to set and read in indoor lighting. The torque-reached click is quiet and light; I was surprised it was so subtle.

Better have some thump in the trunk, lol!
I bought this torque wrench because I had one nut that needed tightened to 260 ft/lbs. Know this, if you have a nut that needs tightened over 200 ft/lbs, you may need to be a certain size or weight to get this tension set! I weigh 160 lbs and could not get the wrench to click at 260 using it in its intended fashion. I thought the wrench was bad at first. I've been using torque wrenches for years working on my cars. Never had an issue getting the torque spec needed but I never had to go over 100 ft/lbs or so in the past. For the 260ft/lbs setting I had to stand on the handle while hanging onto my car and bounce up and down until I created the force needed to make the wrench click. This is not a fault of the wrench. It is the crazy high torque rating on this axle nut that I was securing after a cv axle change. This wrench can do it! But can you? Lol! The price on this wrench is excellent for its capabilities. Even comes in a nice case. I was worried the low price was going to add up to cheap quality but this was not the case here. I feel good having it in my tool arsenal. 5 stars!

Torque wrench
This torque wrench is amazing. The torque on this wrench is exactly right. I've worked on frozen wheel hubs and spindle that's frozen from high heat. This torque wrench want let you down. Just don't go over the torque specs..

Doesn't work correctly
It never clicks when the toruwue setting is reached, it just acts like a regular ratchet! Won't buy again.
