Lavender Organic Essential Oil

🌸 FINAL UPDATE: Changed original 3 star rating to 4. Then finally updated 4 stars to 5. AND THE COMPANY (as well as product) DESERVES IT!!! THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH THEIR REPLACEMENT OFFER, & THE OFFER FOR AN ADDITIONAL ITEM FOR MY TROUBLES ALSO CAME THROUGH (it was even better than I expected it to be, to the point I almost feel over-compensated😬). But it’s Christmas time, so I graciously accepted & counted myself lucky they care about their customers so much. Placing the replacement order was so simple because they made it easy, & there’s not catch. Lol. I’m glad it ended well, because I really do enjoy all the oils I have of theirs, and this organic lavender really does have so many uses. I WILL CONTINUE TO REPURCHASE. And I’m sure I’ll continue adding to my Gya arsenal in the future:) UPDATE: I was surprised to receive an email from the company within 24 hours of leaving a 3 star review. I could see if it was 1 or 2 stars that they’d rush to correct a problem, but even 3 stars prompted a response. Kudos (and 5 stars ⭐️) to their Customer Service!!! They intend to replace the item, and even offered to send a second item for my trouble. As of right now I’m changing 3 star to 4. And upon receiving the items, I will update it to 5. Because, as you will read in the original message, I’ve used Gya Labs in the past and have been happy with their products so far (and one of the items is Rose Otto Essential Oil, which is one of their pricier items, but I LOVE it & will likely repurchase). **I should also add that they did state Amazon was responsible for the shipping, so the delay wasn’t within their control; but the low volume in the bottle is what they are addressing.** SO, AS OF RIGHT NOW I INTEND TO HAPPILY CONTINUE USING GYA LABS. Their oils have done wonderful things for my skin issues. And I used their essential oils in a batch of homemade soaps I made for the first time, & I was so happy with the final result (I used just enough for a hint of aroma, & it worked perfectly! It’s so much healthier than “fragrance oils” since essential oils offer benefits to the skin). ORIGINAL MESSAGE: It took 22 days to get to me, & when it finally arrived there was a decent amount missing from the bottle. Because it took so long for them to mail it out, I didn’t bother trying to complain to Amazon or the Seller. I didn’t want to wait another month to settle an issue on a $10 item. I sucked it up & just keep using it. It seemed to be a new bottle with no evidence of tampering, & I like to pick & choose my battles. I’ve been using Gya Labs for about 6 months now, & I generally had nothing bad to say about the company or their products at all. I’ve had a great experience with everything up until now. This is the 3rd Essential Oil I purchased from them, so I KNOW how full each bottle should be, & I’m 100% sure they simply ripped me off but for reasons I don’t understand. Perhaps laziness of the last person to touch the bottle before it was packaged; idk 🤷🏼‍♀️. Because of this, I simply don’t know if I’ll continue to use this company anymore. I’d rather spend money on items that don’t take a company 2 weeks just to place it in the mail. Specifically the companies that only provide full bottles. I probably would’ve complained if I didn’t get this on sale, but I did, & I learned my lesson. Other than that, though, it does smell nice compared to a cheapie Lavender I got in a gift package from someone. It definitely smells better & stronger, but isn’t overpowering or obnoxious. And I use it topically for skin issues, & I’ve had no problems on my facial skin from it. It does offer positive results from that end, so the product, itself, is a good one in my opinion. Time will tell when it’s time to replace if I stick with this brand or head over to a more well-known brand. I really like the aesthetic affects of the bottle & box of Gya Labs😂 though. Sad but true🤦🏼‍♀️
