Maybe Now: A Novel (Maybe Someday) Review: Loved...Loved...Loved...Story of Love, Trust and Forgiveness and let's not forget Romance. - Wow, this was an amazingly, awesome story. It's a story that centers around a few young people. The characters are Ridge, Warren, Maggie, Sydney, Bridgette, Jake and let's not forget Brennan. I hope you have read the other two Maybe Someday Series if not you should. We finally have Ridge and Sydney as a couple, and we know that what they have is real love compared to what he had with Maggie. Ridge had stayed with Maggie because she has Cystic Fibrosis aka CF and he may have thought he loved her at one point in time, but he has come to realize that the love he has with Sydney doesn't even compare to what he and Maggie had. Maggie actually broke up with Ridge because she realized that they were together and loved one another, but he was more like her caretaker than her lover. Maggie loved Ridge but was not really in love with him, because he was not letting her be. We know that Sydney came into the picture when she broke up with her boyfriend because he was having sex with her roommate Tori. Because Tori and Hunter her ex were friends first and she didn't know they were friends with benefits, anyways you get the gist. She ends up going across the complex and moving in with Warren and Ridge and now they are together after all the tests and trials they all went through. Now we have Warren with Bridgette and Sydney and Ridge and Maggie met her, "Mr. Right", Jake when she went sky diving, and he was her instructor. Besides Jake being right for her he is a heart doctor. So, they all go through growing pains but maybe eventually turns into Now and we have the story of Maybe Now. I loved this story it made me laugh, cry and just get upset with some of the characters at times, but it made me think about life and the things we take for granted. Colleen is gradually become one of my favorite authors. This series and this book I would highly recommend. This was not just a good read but an excellent read. Review: Great Follow Up to Maybe Someday - This was a much better sequel book than It Starts With Us. I enjoyed reading the continuation of the stories of each of the characters. The character development in Maybe Someday allowed this book to continue on flawlessly without a forced invention of a new plot line.

Great Follow Up to Maybe Someday
This was a much better sequel book than It Starts With Us. I enjoyed reading the continuation of the stories of each of the characters. The character development in Maybe Someday allowed this book to continue on flawlessly without a forced invention of a new plot line.

It was an awesome read
I loved the entire series. This particular book was a great culmination of everyone's life and where it stands at the end. How much these characters have grown and their lives became so real. You can see the maturity they've grown into. How much they've seen each other for who they are and respect them for who they are as individuals.

Did We Really Need A Sequel?
Maybe Now brings us back into the lives of Ridge and Sydney. Set right where we left off from Maybe Someday, we follow a little bit of Ridge and Sydney’s relationship. But, this is more of Maggie’s story. Maggie is Ridge’s ex-girlfriend and has not found her way out of their lived as of yet. With the accompaniment of Warren and Bridgette, Colleen Hoover gives us a lackluster reunion. I don’t know why a sequel was made, it honestly was not needed at all. Maybe Someday ended in a perfect way. Ridge and Sydney are finally together without guilt. I don’t know about other readers, but I didn’t care too much about Maggie to begin with. So it was hard for me to read this book sometimes. This is majority about Maggie, her new romance, and her journey to accepting her illness. She was so annoying in this book. We didn’t get a lot of Maggie in Maybe Someday, but here she was unbearable. She was selfish, needy, moody, and unreasonable. She found excuses for everything she was feeling and it wasn’t fair to Ridge. I liked the moments with Sydney and Ridge. I really do love their relationship and how much they love each other. This book also made me like Bridgette more. Her personality is one of a kind and she’s unapologetic; what you see, is what you get. I loved the introduction of Jake, Maggie’s love interest. But there wasn’t enough of him in this book. His character was well written and was a great addition. I almost wish that he didn’t end up with Maggie and had his own separate book. There was also more Brennan in this book and I would love to read a standalone novel featuring him and Sadie, a love interest who we read about briefly. Brennan was a lovable character and another installment wouldn’t hurt. Maybe Hoover is hinting at a possible future novel by introducing her. Overall, Maybe Now was over the top sweet. There was not much conflict, not like we’re used to seeing in Hoover’s writing (Ugly Love, It Ends With Us, Slammed). Being that this was initially written on Wattpad, you can see the difference in the quality of writing. The ending came way too quickly with a far-fetched happily ever after that left me shaking my head in disappointment. If you enjoyed Maybe Someday, I don’t think you would enjoy Maybe Now as much. But if you would like to catch up with Ridge, Sydney, Bridgette, Warren, and Maggie, by all means, happy reading!

Well shared
I went on a trip and not only read the whole trilogy but shared it with two other people who enjoyed it. It is a very easy read.

Great read. Couldn’t put it down.
Enjoy the stories of 6 friends, 3 couples, and how they grow in relationship with each other. Worth reading the entire series.
