This product appears to work well. I just finished the last of it. Its nice as its easy to store and what not. I get the process to make it adds to cost, but it is worth considering convenience vs quantity here. The same price can get you several months worth loads with standard detergent. I do a lot of large loads which requires two strips. This got me just under two. Don't get me wrong, its a great product and I will be buying it again this week. I also like that it has a lot less chemicals in it.I don't have sensitive skin, so I left that rating blank as I do not know. One thing I like is the scent is much much more delicate and doesn't feel like I'm inhaling fumes. Some people and detergents and fragrance pellets use so much sent I can almost taste it.....no offense. I gave the scent rating a 3 out of 5, not because of the scent itself but how powerful it is.This product works with both washers where you load the detergent directly into the clothes or the stupid annoying ones that have the trays your put your detergent in. Sorry don't know the technical term.If you are still unsure, but curious enough to try it, I would recommend trying it. It is worth ago.Note to seller: maybe someone told you this already, but there is a typo on your package. In the first aid section, it reads, ".....if swallowed, call a Poison Control Center "inmediatly"." I haven't seen that spelling before so I assume its a typo. ;)

I previously gave this product a glowing review. But things have changed. The 1st time I ordered and used this product I got the 32-load envelope and it worked great. Cold water, hot water. . . didn’t matter; it worked. Most loads only needed half a sheet (1 strip) unless it was whites. They needed a full sheet (2 strips), but they got clean.Having been so pleased with my first order I ordered twice the amount the next time; 64-loads. There were some loose single strips in the envelope so I used them first and they performed well. Then I started using strips from the sheets and they didn’t work at all. It was like it wasn’t even the same product. Very poor performance!!!The instructions say for a front loading washer to tear the strips up and place them in the detergent dispenser, which I did. The strips did not dissolve but coagulated instead in the detergent dispenser, which meant no soap was going into the drum to clean my clothes. So I started adding the torn strips directly into the drum and they coagulated into little pieces that stuck to the clothes like paste which hardened when put in the dryer which necessitated the clothes needing to be washed and dryed a second time. I’m going back to my old detergent.

So glad I found these detergent sheets. The smell is strong in the package, but not as strong on the clothes. This is the first detergent I’ve used in a while that I feel actually cleans my clothes. I used another brand of detergent sheets and they just didn’t get my clothes clean. Warning, though- make sure you throw the sheet in before the clothes or the sheet will get stuck in a big blob on the side of the drum.

When I saw them before purchasing, my first thought was "are you kidding me??". Well, let me tell you that it is very true that these skinny sheets of detergent are amazingly able to wash clothes clean. For a regular load, just one sheet is needed, and for a super load, just two. Imagine, two very skinny strips will clean your huge load of clothes - it's true! No mess, no measuring, no wasting detergent - fabulous! Try them, you'll like them. ;)

I like it for the obvious advertised reasons: biodegradable, low suds, no perfumes or dyes. I really like all the extra space in my cabinet, that it’s pre-measured to avoid using more than you should. 32 washes are actually 32 washes. The clothes smell clean and ARE clean. I only wish they had fabric softener.

I had never heard of this, before a good friend gave me a couple of sheets to try. She has been using them for several years. At first (since I didn't have a package with directions) I used an entire sheet for each load of laundry - then realized that they are divided in half, with little perforations, so I used only half. Apparently, traditional laundry detergent is mostly water, and when put in a big plastic jug, is just BAD for the environment ..... this, is the essence of detergent with no water at all - so no waste - and it works perfectly! I have been using it for about a year, and will never buy detergent in a jug again.

I wish I'd started using Tru Earth long ago. Our washes are clean and odor free. The sheets of soap can be torn in half or quarters or left whole for convenient use. Their container is 1/100 size of our former laundry soap. And I no longer worry about the plastic residue from the pods. Thank you Tru Earth for developing this product and Amazon for carrying it!

What's not to get on board with here folks! Those reviewers who show/mention strips not dissolving or sticking to items, maybe it's because you either overfill washer or use too much strip. It could also be your washer or water. No toxic chemicals and environment, septic, and people safe. There's lots of suggestions on their web site for these issues some users report. I will never go back to liquid and plastic. As for complaints of not enough scent, who needs artificial chemicals next to their skin.

As per instructions I loaded the washing mashing and added the strip and a half. The strip got stuck in front of the machine, see the white bit sticking in front of the picture, and the clothes did not get so nicely washed. Had to do another wash this time adding more strips deeper into the washing. The fresh linen fragrance was not so noticeable.I agree with other reviews price is high and the results compared to traditional washing products are lacking. People won't switch to environmentally friendly products unless they can adequately challenge the status quo.

This is a great idea. Less packaging and what is there is paper, which can either be recycled or composted. However, the big sticking point is the cost. My regular washing liquid is £6.00 for 54 washes. These were more than £13.00 for 32 washes, which I was just about okay with, but I've just come to buy some more and they have gone up to more than £17.00 or £21.00 depending on who you buy them from. I want to be more eco-friendly and cut down on my plastic use, but the cost has to be reasonably comparable to what is already on the market. The original price I paid was stretching it, but the latest price is just ridiculous!

I ordered this product with enthusiasm. No more plastic detergent bottles to add to the mountain. BUT they come in a plastic bag! Admittedly this bag is much smaller than the usual bottle. Nevertheless it is still more plastic to add to the problem. The product itself is fine. The packaging is the reason for the 3 stars.

I love the concept but.... i bought fragrance free by mistake as i like my clothes to smell good. I then bought the blue package but my clothes smell the same as the fragrance free.Does not clean well.... does not remove the dirt on the clothes well, not even make up removes from towels.No fresh clothes... :(Very disappointed...

Disappointing. I really wanted to like these as we love the concept. We decided we were happy to pay the extortionate amount for these laundry tabs in order to reduce or single use plastic intake to the house but sadly they do not do the one thing they are meant to - clean the clothes. We have a 15 month old so are used to still having stains that need particular attention after a wash but I was very disappointed to find bits of food still stuck to the clothes. And that is after upping it to two tabs in each wash. Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that they dont foam. I will continue to use two tabs at a time on smaller loads that are not even medium soiled but will stick to Ecover for the time being.
