Life saver for a needle weenie.
This device makes injections much more bearable for myself. I don't do so well with needles, regardless of the size and this little rubber device does at least one thing, and probably more, that helps with my issues with needles...it makes it so I don't see the needle so easily which in turn allows me to conveniently not see when I inject myself. I know the description reads that it does a few things to help with pain, I can't really speak of that as I block the pain pretty well but I do know that without this device I would have a much harder time injecting myself on the regular. Also, it's very easy to install, it just connects on the end of the injector pen and that's pretty much it. It comes with a plastic case and is small enough that it's very portable. Glad I picked this up.

Stops pain and bruising
Very effective, good quality, functionality is great. They should include more than one rubber shoulder gasket, easy to loose. Wish I could have had years ago. I recommend to all, it really works.

Reduces pain significantly!
As a nurse, I was skeptical of this product at first. I have diabetes and found this device to be easy to use and a fantastic tool in reducing painful injections. It steadies my hand while injecting insulin which also reduces painful injections. I HIGHLY recommend this for those fearful of needles, who are experiencing pain while injecting insulin, and those who have dexterity challenges. This has been a wonderful help!

TickleFlex appears to work
Iβve used TickleFlex for less than a week, but so far, so good. I donβt have a needle phobia, Iβm not afraid of the pain, and Iβm a senior citizen. The reason I decided to try TickleFlex is for the constant lumps and bruises I experience with my daily insulin injection. The bruise on my leg, along with a marble sized lump is from an injection over a week ago. The red mark is from an injection less than 15 minutes ago. Yes, it leaves a little mark, but no pain, no lumps and no bruising. Each time Iβve used TickleFlex, Iβve wondered if it is in my skin because I canβt feel it. But when I remove the pen, the insulin has not leaked, so it must be doing its job. I donβt know how it works, or how long it lasts, but it is a new permanent addition to my daily insulin routine. It works like it says it will.

π π DOESN'T WORK WITH OZEMPIC PENS 4mm NEEDLES
I SO BADLY wanted this to work for use with OZEMPIC SEMAGLUTIDE PREFILLED PENS π for my once weekly Ozempic Semaglutide injections as I have been having GREAT DIFFICULTY in injecting myself.I honestly stumbled onto this TickleFlex product by accident on Amazon and I thought that after reading so many positive reviews about how it changed their lives with self injections π I quickly ordered it.I felt a huge relief thinking this was FINALLY going to be MY solution to self injections π and I couldn't wait for it to arrive! It came super quick, faster than expected (THANKS), so that was awesome! However, my weekly injection π day wasn't due for 2 more days so I read and researched everything I possibly could about this TickleFlex so I would be fully prepared for any "user issues" I might face with it.I tested it out without putting a needle onto it, just to get the feel of it in my hand and get accustomed to how it felt on my body injection areas, specifically to the sites I need to rotate for my injections weekly (stomach, upper thighs and outer upper arms). Finally the injection π day arrived! I was somewhat confident in myself since I had spent SO MUCH TIME researching and "faux practicing" with TickleFlex that I truly did feel confident using it AND I totally felt in my mind that it would work for me flawlessly......NOT!!The first injection π was a complete and utter failure! The TickleFlex definitely distracted my mind from injecting π myself BUT the way TickleFlex is designed, I either did it wrong or I just needed to try again next week and maybe push it into my skin even harder???TickleFlex made the Ozempic injection π deliver the liquid semaglutide JUST EVER SO SLIGHTLY UNDER MY UPPER MOST SKIN AREA, which ended up burning π₯ terribly the entire time I injected, as well as made the area of injection have an immediate large blister type area where it barely injected the liquid semaglutide under my skin...sigh....it was SUPER sore immediately (and for days to come) and it also ultimately left a big nasty bruise that is still slowly fading after more than a month.Another week goes by and I again ready myself to use TickleFlex for my Ozempic semaglutide injection π (for attempt number two) .....ANOTHER FAILURE!! I pushed down super super hard with the Ozempic pen and made sure the TickleFlex was secure and deep into my skin, pressed the top injection π pen button to deliver the Ozempic semaglutide and once again it only injected the semaglutide BARELY under my top skin layer, again leaving a red and sore spot with a large blister type area that I could see where the fluid was just ever so BARELY under my skin. SIGH Also sore for an extended time and again bruised but still fading.Having read everything possible about TickleFlex and making sure I was doing it correctly, I reached out to my Physician to ask if she had heard about this problem of self injecting π and with using the TickleFlex device. Here's what I found out: The Ozempic brand semaglutide in prefilled pens use a super super SUPER THIN needle (32G 4mm) which is also incredibly short in comparison to most insulin needles. She said she's definitely heard of and even recommend TickleFlex to some patients that have injecting π issues, and even children use the TickleFlex device on themselves with great success, but mostly with insulin which has longer needles (5mm to 8mm on average for insulin needles). However, with Ozempic Brand semaglutide injection pens, they come with NovoFine Plus 4mm long needles for injections π which makes it incredibly difficult for the TickleFlex to work as well as it would with longer injection π needles, like insulin has. She said that I'm injecting into the top upper layers of my skin rather than into the subcutaneous areas of my skin, likely due to the TickleFlex product keeping the needle up a little higher off my skin, just by the way it is made. She suggested coming in for assistance with self injecting π help with my Ozempic until I can get to the point of doing it myself comfortably since it's important for my health issues to properly get the semaglutide into the appropriate layers under my skin. The TickleFlex injections π DID allow the semaglutide liquid into my system she said, just not as effective as it would have been had I gotten into the Subcutaneous layers of my injection areas.π π π WHILE I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR OZEMPIC BRAND PREFILLED PENS USING 4mm NEEDLES, I DO SEE WHERE IT'S HELPED MANY MANY PEOPLE WITH THEIR SPECIFIC NEEDS, WHICH IS AWESOME!!

Not for auto injections pens
Iβm sure this is a fantastic idea. And I LOVE the concept however itβs not made for those of us that use the auto injections for biologics. Please put that in your description bc it listed it nowhere. And I would not have purchased it otherwise. This could be fixed to accommodate an auto injector.

Wish we knew about this sooner!
Very Very helpful product. Wish we knew about it sooner. Hubby has a hand injury that makes it difficult for him to inject his insulin, but with this, he has no issues doing so on his own with one hand. Its also less painful! The rubber o-ring is quite small though, and easily lost, but we were able to get a free replacement from the manufacturer. It would be nice if we didn't have to use the o-ring, but that's only a small issue. We recommend this product to anyone who uses insulin.

No
Well made but just doesnβt work. I canβt feel when my injection pen needle is all the way in and end up with insulin all over the place. Also, it doesnβt gather up a pinch like it claims. Disappointed. Honestly, I even practiced without loading my pen and I donβt know itβs possible that other people have found success with this. Itβs just not physically possible.
