Came in the nicest boxing I’ve seen for a faucet first of all, second first thing people say when they go in my kitchen is I love you faucet! Truly it’s very luxurious. Had zero issues installing it’s not rocket science and it’s broken down well !

We were so happy that an affordable option works and looks as good as the more expensive version. We have our plumber install with the plate for stability. It’s super sturdy, with good water pressure and it’s easy to turn on and off. Love!

Really like this sleek looking kitchen faucet and hard pressed finding a better deal. Their customer service was great it didn’t come with a second mounting screw so they quickly shipped me another one. I totally redid the kitchen all white with new pendants that had gold accented hardware so the faucet matching it, I was lucky. The pull out sprayer is a tad smaller in circumference than my prior more expensive unit but this was much easier to navigate and the spray function was quite powerful. It was easy to install and over the last month zero issues. Because it’s so much cheaper than many similar looking models I hope it will hold up for a long time. Will update if anything changes.

Pretty decent faucet, good water pressure, and seems to be well made. I purchased the faucet in Nov. 2020, it was installed in Dec. After a period of time there started to be an intermittent drip from the handle, which slowly got worse. I did some research, and determined it was the valve inside the handle. I contacted the company, and Jenny was very quick to respond telling me which valve to order, and even the allen wrench size needed to change it. Very helpful. My reason for 4 stars instead of five is because I later found out the faucet has a 5 year warranty. Never was I offered to have the replacement part sent at no charge. I purchased the part from Amazon. Granted, the part was only $14.95 ,but I am disappointed they didn't offer to send me the part free, as it was under warranty.

Bought for my daughter, this faucet is identical to the expensive name brand I purchased for my kitchen but, $160.00 less. Excellent quality and husband said super easy to install. Hopefully this will last my daughter a long time in her condo.

The media could not be loaded. I am very happy with this purchase. The color is a nice brushed brass/gold. It is not overly shiny which is nice. Install was easy. It looks very expensive and feels sturdy. It fonctions very well. The only thing I would say is to be sure you have a deep sink when using the spray function. The spray is very strong and has some splashback.

The hot and cold connections are not labeled at all on these units. This means I'll have to guess, potentially over tighten the seal on the steel hoses and install the plumbing before seeing if it is correct. If you guess wrong you'll have to redo it.The rest of the body and hardware seem good though. Not sure why they can't colour code or label the instructions which pipe is cold or hot.

Hay que considerar buscarle adaptadores para México para las mangueras. El mango del grifo se siente firme. Tengo duda si le falta una pieza, por un hueco que se ve en el empaque y como la caja no venía cerrada...me hace dudar. No traía caja de Amazon y la caja original havin no tiene cinta de seguridad, por lo que cualquiera puede abrir y cerrar la caja sin que se note...eso me hace dudar, ya que en ningún lado especifica el contenido de la caja. Actualizaré cuando pueda instalarla y comprobar que esté todo. Fuera de ese detalle me encantó la llave, espero que funcione todo bien...
