Contains porcine gelatin (pork/pig).The manufacturer says on their website: "All One A Day® (OAD) tablet and VitaCraves® products contain gelatin; it is sourced from beef or pork or a combination of both." The manufacturer also says they do not differentiate between pork and beef gelatin.
