Besides cholesterol and glucose management, the Berberine reduces the methane producing somewhat parasitical type bacteria in your gut that can create a sluggish bowel. It can reduce gas bloating and constipation in some cases besides the primary function of cholesterol and glucose management.

This one I really can lie and say it worked but I can say that I like Dr. Mercola and believe what he says in his articles on his website and his supplements are clean so that's worth the money.

How to know if this product works?.... All I know for sure is that I used it up quite quickly, never noticing any change in my morning glucose reading. Maybe if I had used longer it would have but I was hoping to see a little change at least in 1 month.

This is a great product if you are trying to lose weight and want to keep up your blood sugar level.
