Q: why won't the epoxy hardened after mixing equal amounts and drying for 24 hours at 70 degrees? It still stays a bit tacky.

I’ve had this happen on humid days & if I leave it out in the shop. Also - if not mixed together enough, make sure all bubbles are out

Q: Is this able to hold rock and wood together with a good amount of strength??

I use 330 to glue wood to flat rock surfaces. I then slab the rock with a diamond saw. The wood is held in a vice. I have never had a problem with the rock coming off the wood. "Good" strength is a term I can't define.

Q: Can this be used to attach a small bronze statue to a piece of granite?

I only used this for small jewelry, it worked well for that. Not sure about bronze
