It does work and connects easily!
The key fob works well. It connects easily to your vehicle with directions given. Looks and functions like the original. You will need to get the key portion keyed by a locksmith.

2012 Cadillac CTS. Programming instructions are super simple. Took it to work and cut the key on a manual key cutting machine.
