I try to alternate my probiotics and digestive enzymes. The older I get the more digestive health issues I seem to have. I have found a variety of probiotics and digestive enzymes help me the most. This is 1 of several I rotate regularly. Great product, great price, has personally helped my digestion and easy to swallow.
