Douglas Labs - Ultra Preventive X 240 Vegetarian Capsules

Researched for a long time & this is one of the top 10 vitamins. When I take them on a daily basis it definitely makes a difference. It might turn your urine a brighter yellow color. Not a bad thing but it does mean some of the vitamins didn't get absorbed. With that, I went to my doctor's office to receive a "Meyers" cocktail. That is an IV infusion of vitamins. The vitamins have a better chance of being utilized by the body. They body's ph can destroy some of the vitamins when taken orally. The day after the IV infusion, my urine was the same brighter yellow. So I share this to say that these vitamins are good. They recommend taking more per day but I take one a day and eat healthy.

I have previously purchased "Ultra Preventative X" and needed another bottle. I received my bottle on 5/27/17 - initially it appears the same as my first, but a closer look showed that all of the supplements were HALF of my previous bottle. The initial review of bottles show they are labeled the same and dose is same (8 pills a day), EXCEPT for the supplements amounts.I think the bottle is misleading and am unsure why/when there was a change - not sure if this is a manufacture or seller issue.

For years I ran a medical grade wellness center. And I have never found a better multi, plus its made in the USA so the raw materials are top quality.

It is a highly rated multi vitamin I have been using for several years. Seems to help me resist sickness and have energy. I am 66 and take 2 tablets a day. The bottle recommends more.

I ordered the more expensive capsules but received tablets. This is a problem with the seller and not Douglas Labs. We’ve used their excellent products for years.

I have been buying this product for years they always look the same kind of a beige Color but this time they have a definite green color to them I hope they work the same but the color is so different from the ones I have been buying for years I am a little skeptical now

This is a fine product but the formula, composition of vitamins, nutriants etc differs between this product and the non VCap product. The difference is significant enough to require consumption of 2 times the number of VCaps to obtain the same benefit. Suggest you carefully read and compare the labels before buying.

Ultra Preventitve X by Douglas Labs is the best multivitamin I've ever taken. When I feel my immune system has been comprised with a cold virus, for example, I take four (4) veggie capsules with one of Douglas Labs' vitamin "D" 5,000 IU tabs in addition to my daily dosages, and I'm good - no more cold symptoms. I've been taking thsee products for well over a year, and at age 67 I feel very youthful.
