Good quality, multiple options, and very safe for operating with. Although it did take me a while to assemble the components, in the meantime, the assembly helps to get familiar with the functions of the system. And it’s very easy and convenient to control the temperature, the space is also very good for a family grilling dinner. I and very satisfied with the value, the quality and the function of this product.

The charcoal grill is well built and offer great grillling capacity, especially for family gathering. The size is great, giving plenty of cooking space without feeling bulky. It's easy to move around thanks for the wheels, and weight feels solid but manageable. The material feels durable and hold heat well during grilling. Assembly was straightforward, and everything fit together nicely. I'm very satisfied with it.

The installation manual has 30min as the time it takes to assemble. It took 30min to verify all the parts were accounted for and it least 6hrs performing the install. Some alignment issues. A few dented pieces didn't affect assembly just a little disappointing. One screw head was not properly machined and couldn't be fully tightened so I used it on the smoke stack. It looks nice. Better quality than some and less than some others so tine will tell how it holds up. Get the extended warranty to be safe.

Lastly, I must mention the after-sales service. I had a small question during installation and their response was quick and professional and resolved my issue efficiently.

The two charcoal trays can be adjusted independently to control the height of the heat, which is a very practical design. I love being able to grill meat on one side while roasting sweet potatoes on the other at the same time. There is a full-size ash tray at the bottom, making cleanup easy, and the side shelves on both sides of the grill are convenient for holding items. Living in Florida with this cool BBQ GRILL is really needed one ! I love this grill because it has pretty big cooking space which is great for a multi-people’s party .The wonderful thing is that it has 2 dividual zone control trays , so I can control the food with freeway .It has two foldable side tables ,hooks and the bottle opener. Which is very convenient for us . A full size of the ash tray under the grill . And the grill tray is removable ,it is so easy to clean . It comes with wheels ,we could move around so easy ! My husband find out the VIDEO which is helping to install the grill . He said the instruction was so good that save a lot of time . Anyway , highly recommend this super good quality BBQ GRILL , Best for summer !
