Lo utilizo en mi Clínica para rehabilitar a mis pacientes y es muy efectivo. Se pueden hacer muchos ejercicios diferentes con él y es completamente recomendable.

This is described as "XX-Light" (tan), yet it is MUCH more difficult to bend than DMoose's "X-Light" (yellow). If you are weakened with arthritis like me, this is NOT a suitable starter for you; using this would be too much too fast. But I am hoping to progress enough to someday make it usable!

This product works well for physical therapy.

Decent alternative for the branded item, but resistance of other colors doesn't line up to the manufacturers guidelines. You may need to buy a few to get the right resistance for your needs (this was my second one! Could have saved $ and bought the TheraBar brand first)
