Does the job perfectly. Easy to use , fast to get through the menu. Bidirectional control, and has all the functions my much more expensive tools have .

Received the product with next day delivery. Very happy with the packaging. The carry case is sturdy and stores the unit with the adapters well.The scanner takes a few seconds for the software to load but is reasonably quick to run a detailed scan of the vehicles computer modules; so much more in depth than any cheap scanners. I found several codes during my first use that my old cheap scanner did not detect or was able to clear previously. I really like the thorough report that the software prepares at the end of the diagnostic scan; it can be saved and/or emailed to whom ever you need to share it with. The throttle position sensor reset worked well for me and there are many other resets/ tests and system monitors that you can implement. Really impressed with the value for the money and I wouldn't hesitate to buy any Launch product after owning this one.

初期設定にパソコンを繋げて〜、、、等　複雑だと思っていましたが、自宅のWi-Fiを繋いで日本語設定をしたらメアド等　スマホ感覚で登録できました。まだ車両には繋いでいませんが、画質もクリアです。Snap-onとオーテル、Gスキャン、テック2を使っていますが　画面サイズも同等です。良い買い物をしたと思います。使用後の感想は　後ほど。

Launch is a major competitor in the low cost scanner territory. I typically use another brand of scanner that also makes drones so the interface and how some menus are laid out are different but it seems to function the same. It has expanded support for the battery module and the tpms module but I havent added those yet. The auto VIN feature is hit or miss on the annoyance level. It works but the slot machine noise gets old when its been running for a little bit. Touchscreen is clear and responsive, with tactile buttons you can use as a backup. I did see a camera built in too, havent tried that yet though. The blow mold case is a very good quality. For some that may not matter but I make sure to put my scanners back in their cases for the best protection while theyre not being used. If you need a solid Bi-directional scanner at a reasonable price then this is a good choice.

Use it at work every day, can do most things a snap on tool can do at a fraction of the cost. Only difference i notice is this ones a tad slower but still gets stuff done quick. Bidirectional features and key programming work well
