I have tried the cheaper ones but they do not work on me as good as these. I can say these have helped a lot with my moods and other menopausal issues. They are quite pricey but the difference in my personal change is worth it.

Never tried ashwaganda before, but, for me it is much better than rhodiola or ginseng. It leaves me feeling energised, and even seems to have a viagra type benefit. It is very pricey though.

Really feel the difference after taken them

I've been using Ashwagandha for a week now and feel the benefits. I've been sleeping better, my stress levels have reduced, and I feel I can take on more tasks. It's really helped me so far. I will say though that there are much cheaper places to buy this same product, it's pretty overpriced here.Anyone wondering whether it is easy to swallow or not, the capsules are pretty big so some may struggle. There is no taste from them.

I took time to research a good natural product for anxiety and then looked for the best brand. I also looked into what the side effects could be before ordering the Hey Nutrition (which had excellent reviews). I was surprised at how expensive they were but felt they would be worth it to feel less anxious. For the first few days I began to feel slightly less anxious although I was still waking at 4am and my energy levels hadn't changed. After about a week or so I started to feel nauseous throughout the day & my appetite was compromised. I had an upset stomach for 4 days which affected my being able to leave my home. I decided to check the negative effects this product could have on some people and, because another site listed everything I'd been experiencing (& more), I decided to stop taking the pills. There is a lot of positive feedback here but I would urge anybody buying these to remember everyone's body is different and the outcome won't always be the same for every person.Having said all the above I do hope the pills have a positive effect on people & that I'm in the minority.Don't let my review stand in the way of something that may work for you - just please be mindful if you have the same symptoms.

this really helps sort out the endless pointless thinking is

I bought these (for stress relief, I get little shooting pains from when I wake up), then switched to a cheaper brand. It wasn't worth it as they just didn't work the same as these do. They are pricey but there is a reason. I take one in the morning for stress (the dose is 2 a day but it still helps me with one) and one in the evening to help with sleep.

Ben taking it for some time and can’t see any difference at all, still have anxiety and panic attacks so I think this supplement is too overpriced.
