This is an incredible product. Pool RX+ booster works exactly like it says. My pool cleared up quickly and has stayed crystal clear ever since. No more fighting off algae or messing with a dozen different chemicals. I just dropped it in and let it do its thing. It’s honestly saved me a ton of time and frustration. Water looks great, and I haven’t seen a hint of green. Definitely worth the money if you’re tired of constant maintenance. it's the #1 product I share with friends when they get a pool! I don't know HOW it works.. but I know it Works. no other combination of chemicals will get the water as clear and pure. EXCELLENT.

I've used the pool rx in my pool for the past two summers. It makes keeping the pool crystal clear very easy. Much less maintenance and more pool time! I have added the booster toward the end of the summer each year to finish out the season. Now I'm ready to put my winterizing kit in and close it up for the winter. I will be using this product again next year. This and chlorine is all I need to keep the pool going all summer.

I have owned this cement pool for 25 years and have always struggled with controlling algae. The chemicals and algaecides I bought from Leslie Pool Supply were expensive and barely worked in the heat of the summer. I had a severe problem last summer where the drought we had and the amount of chlorine tablets I had been using had bloated the Cyanuric Acid to an extreme level where the water wasn’t clear anymore. Leslie told me to dump 3/4 of the pool water to reduce the Cyanuric Acid but I couldn’t do that because I have a large pool that holds 44,000 gallons. So I dumped the top couple of inches of water and the water became clearer but I limped through the pool season until they dumped a significant amount of water when they closed the pool. Before the season my friend told me to forget all the chemicals from Leslie, especially the chlorine tabs which also put too much conditioner in the water which was increasing my Cyanuric Acid levels. She said to just use liquid chlorine essentially and put in Pool RX. I didn’t need those expensive algaecides either. I had a little bit of green algae at the beginning of this season and I saw in a few spots a little bit of black algae which became more of a problem last summer. I put in Pool RX about a month ago and so far no algae at all and the pool water is crystal clear. The biggest test will be the very hot weeks of summer in August but my friend said her pool did fine through the hot spells last summer with Pool RX. I am very confident at this point that Pool RX has solved my algae problems. I will definitely buy it again next year when I open my pool.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Do NOT buy this PoolRx replenisher! It’s ROCK HARD in the container! Directions say to break it up with a hammer. That didn’t work!! I tried with much difficulty to grind some of it up with a drill bit and all that accomplished was a huge mess in my kitchen when it exploded. As much as I tried to clean up the mess as fast as I could, I’m still worrying my dogs may have made off with some pieces of it and eaten them. Why can’t this company make it where it stays in granules, instead of turning into CEMENT! As an additional screw job, the only reason I was trying this replenisher is because the last PoolRx I bought for up to 20K gallon pools, stopped working, and a lot of visible copper loss, in less than 1 month! (Our pool is less than 20K gallons) I used to be sold on PoolRx products, but I’m DONE with them now. I’ll never buy any of their products again, and I suggest you don’t either! They’ve turned into a screw job company!
