Tried an air popper but popcorn was tasteless. Tried a similar oil popper but it took forever, left a lot of popcorn unpopped, and died after only a few months. This machine is fast, pops all the popcorn and works great with just a little olive oil. Easy to clean and pops all the popcorn. Only (minor) gripe is that the cover for the bottom of the bowl (vent) doesn’t snap on or stay on very well. A- overall and A+ for taste!

Highly recommended, comes with handy measuring cups one for oil, one for corn. BUT, just don't drop the lid. I cracked the lid twice! The last one I just taped it with clear shipping tape. Seems to hold up well. Just be careful.....

Worked as expected, this product is made in "China" popped my popcorn evenly, the measure cups are "metric" silly since this product is being used in the USA. Over all this machine quality is satisfactory due to the heating element it gets very hot "800 watts" my finger tips got a little toasty ouch! The instructions say to place the lid on top after popping but the quality of the lid "was an after thought in the engineering department" this was an over site I was not able to keep the lid on so when you flip the bowl over post popping it would not seat properly as instructed in the in provided instructions. This should of been a screw type lid my post thoughts are this was "cheesy" my intention is to use this for this Halloweens candy popcorn balls. I would next time spend a little more on my next popcorn machine. You get wait you pay for...

I bought this while I was on visiting relatives in Wyoming. In this area UPS is the shipper. We dread UPS and joked about hoping it didn't have tire tracks on it when we got the tracking number. No tire tracks but the box looked like it had been dragged behind the truck halfway across the state. We were surprised that all the pieces were still there, and nothing was broken. The popcorn pops quickly with very few unpopped kernels. The non-stick bottom lifts out and can be washed in the dishwasher. We are glad to have it.

We got this for my son for Christmas. It makes the absolute best popcorn. It's super easy to use and clean it makes delicious healthy popcorn. We use olive oil and some butter seasoning. It's a great healthy low calories snack that my son can easily make on his own. We did have an issue with the bull cracking and had the pleasure of getting a response from customer service within 24 hours. They were amazing and resolved the issue extremely quickly and with zero effort. I would definitely purchase this product again

So far I'm able to make VERY GOOD / EXCELLENT popcorn using 66 gm of Orville Redenbacher's and 14 gm of Canola Oil. It is virtually impossible not to scorch some of the kernals at the end of the cycle prior to flipping . It's not possible to pop much more than 66 gm without overflow. NEVER .... AND I DO MEAN NEVER ... Never let a child use this popcorn maker. It is DANGEROUS to use -- the RED HOT heating element is exposed during the flipping process. I worry for myself each time I use it. I NEVER USE IT UNATTENDED. I make sure NOTHING will get in my way during the flipover. On the plus side ... the unit is VERY EASY TO CLEAN. THIS PRODUCT IS AWFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Works perfect does very well, but it did hang up and got stuck, but I took it apart and cleaned it and it seems to be fine
