Looks like a lot of reviewers don't really understand what this supplement does, or what to expect from top quality supplements. Whether or not this supplement does good or bad things for you has a lot to do with your individual genetics, metabolism, etc. It's not a one-size-fits-all weight loss miracle that you just swallow and watch the pounds melt off. It helps balance out very specific situations some people have that might keep them from losing weight even with good diet and exercise. This is a brand commonly sold in the offices of NDs (doctors, who went to a medical school, and who practice naturopathic medicine). It's high in purity, potency, and consistency and low in additives. AND YES IT SMELLS BAD WHICH MEANS IT'S GOOD. High quality B vitamins have a strong smell unless they're coated in lots of things you don't really want to consume, and the strong sulfur smell in some high quality supplements is also a good sign, not a bad one. Some people are sensitive to these specific forms of B vitamins and will have a bad reaction. That's not because the supplement is innately bad. I was prescribed "MIC-B12" (lipoptropic) injections not just to lose weight but to improve my mood and focus, which they did extremely well. My ND recommended this as the best possible replacement for the injections; they definitely don't work as well for me but apparently this is normal when switching from injection to tablets. They're less of a hassle though, and there isn't a less expensive way to get the MIC-B12 components in a high quality. I have found that MIC-B12 combinations interrupt my periods, whether it's this brand or another, pills or injections. There's anecdotal evidence of this happening a lot with either Inositol or Choline (I forget which). Whether this is a bonus or a problem is something for you and your doctor to figure out!

I am not working with a professional health coach at the moment, but I will say this. My symptoms are high cholesterol, cholesterol/fat in the stool and in-ability to lose weight. A few days ago, I decided to conduct an experiment. I was 192 lbs, I took 3 capsules in the morning, and 3 in the afternoon. I stopped frying my eggs and eating fried foods in general, as I don't seem to digest fats too well. I dropped to 186 lbs within 3 days without any exercise. Blood pressure went down too.

I have been using this supplement for over 5 yrs and have had no complaints. It has help regulate my liver enzymes level.

I’m a 6’4” 270lb male. I bought these about a month after losing 40lbs during a 6 week stint on the HCG diet. I finished the expensive injections and wanted a cheaper alternative. The product came safely packaged. At first they seemed to help a little but nothing major until I started taking 2 per meal as suggested. That’s when I noticed the product was helping me to maintain and lose weight along with a diet. I would say it helps with 1-2 pounds per day depending on what you eat. I take them about 4 consecutive days here and there. Not long term. Seems to really work for me!

I seem to have weak bile output, bloat after eating almost anything. I take 1 of these 1/2 hour before meals and it does the trick. No bloating! Worth the investment.
