Yes. It kills ALL parasitic worms, (strings, hairs) flukes,(rolled up tomato skins) and morgellons (black hairlike balls). The ingredients in this had me going to the restroom a few times in the start b2b, but it was working. I don't know but I didn't have any success with it.
