Utterly useless as a comb or a knife. Makes me laugh every time. Good thing it's just for looks. Decent quality and can be used for classic butterfly knife tricks. So, good value for the price.

I love the weight.

My son enjoys fidget items, cubes and the like and asked for one of these early this summer. It was the first butterfly trainer that we purchased. He learned a lot with it and it took a few spills, but he was generally careful where he played with it so he didn't drop it on anything very hard, or at least a carpeted floor. It didn't take long before it became a little loose and wobbly and he bought another version to try. He was really hopeful this would last longer than it did because he liked it before it started loosening up and my husband couldn't find a way to tighten it back up.

It is good for flipping and cosplay but, it is heavy and painful on the sides.

Do not buy because if you need to return it, it will cost more than the purchase.

This was my first balisong gifted to me by my brother! I was very excited to get into it about a month ago, and it held up great for the first week or so. After that, it's been a gradual decline to a very out-of-standard experience. With the sandwich handles, the trainer blade tends to get stuck when you squeeze even just a little bit. It also makes A LOT of noise, as heard in the video. If you're looking for a piece just to have, it's great! As a daily flipper? Get a Nebalis Canyon.

Do not buy this item if I’m Australia as they have put butterfly knife on the item description so now I’ve had it confiscated by boarder force as a dangerous weapon and lost $80. What a waste of money
