I have lots of books. LOTS. But I’ve read very few straight through, front to back.This one, I did.Not only have I just done something exceptional for my own habits, I intend to do it again right away, with this very same book.Peter Pru does a wonderful job of humbly sharing his struggles, missteps, and hard lessons learned so we can benefit from his past mistakes. Additionally, he gives very straightforward counsel that needs to be heard in order to overcome old and crippling mindsets.This book truly is a recipe book of success. While I thought I had a general grasp of the subject, he was able to tie all of it together for me in a way that convinced me, for once, that I can actually find the success I’ve been looking for.I highly recommend this book to anyone who is willing to be open-minded and ready to move from the dream state to execution.

E-commerce is something I have meant to do for awhile and this book is very informative and shows you the steps to get started. I am glad I bought this book as I am now ready to begin my e-commerce journey.

Well written. While this won’t make me a millionaire and I personally think drop shipping is over saturated I did learn a lot about breaking categories down many levels. Happy with my purchase.

Great book on starting an Ecommerce business.

It used to really annoy me when people would say that you could learn everything you needed to start a successful online business just from reading a book. I was always the person who thought I needed to buy at least a $1000 course. Then I read Ecommerce Empire. It’s NOT an advertisement for a product or course like so many other business books out there. Instead, this book lays out in simple and easy-to-follow steps everything you need to do from selecting a niche and picking a product, to launching your business and developing the C.E.O mindset needed to succeed. As someone who has earned 6 figures offline and 7 figures online, I can tell you that this stuff works NOW, and it will always work. A lot of the other marketing books out there are filled with “tricks” and “hacks” that have become outdated due to changes in social media or technology. NOT Ecommerce Empire. It’s packed with timeless marketing strategies that will ALWAYS work as long as there are people who want to buy products and entrepreneurs to sell to them. Highly recommend.

Building an online business is hard for most people nowadays, both for beginners and experts alike. The book "Ecommerce Empire" provides valuable tactics and proven insights for building successful online businesses, by describing necessary elements of sales funnels, ways for driving traffic, and scaling up. However although the book provides valuable insights in some areas (especially on the design of sales funnels), it lacks details in others, such as how to drive traffic, or fix problems with IPOs that fail. After reading the book, I am not sure if it's a better read for beginners or experts, as beginners might be lured into believing that bulding an online business is easy, whereas experts will likely get more out of reading a book covering a specific digital marketing topic, such as running digital advertising, doing affiliate marketing, etc. So in the end, I decided to give an average rating, as I can't see a perfect target audience, nor the detailed knowledge in a specific area needed to truly build an ecommerce empire. The book also falls short when it comes to making knowledge truly actionable. For instance, funnel design is described in detail, however everyone who has built funnels in the past knows, that the design is largely dependent from the underlying service or technology used. And unfortunately I could not find recommendations on funnel service providers, which would support the suggested funnel designs.

I’ve read a number of books on this topic but this is the first one that really made sense. The tone of the book is extremely positive and it is filled with useful information.

This book came recommended, I have found it difficult to finish quickly and I am a bit bored but it does have some great points and I would recommend to people with side hustles involving on line businesses.
