Definitely made a difference, which I guess is all you can really ask for at this price point. They look really dumb lol and I wish they were slightly larger so they would fit better when I have my hair in a bun. But again they do the job!

It does make me look silly but I can actually enjoy myself and not get overheated when I use the steam rooms and saunas at a spa! Totally recommend!

I love these sauna hats! As a Finn-Swede, I do love to sauna. I'm using infrared heat, so in a steam sauna, your mileage may vary. But in an infrared sauna for someone with shoulder-length hair, these are perfect hats. I was worried about trapping additional heat in my head and not being able to handle the higher temps, but that did not happen. I think it's really important to protect your hair from the heat while you're in the sauna, and these do the trick. I apply a little bit of oil to my hair and put this hat on upside-down with my hair up in the top and I'm good to go. I don't feel like it's anything that I'm going to need to wash any time soon - the hat doesn't seem to get sweaty or wet, which makes sense because it's more "resting" on top of my hair, not right up on my scalp. I'm a smaller sized female but the fit is perfect. For the price, to get two sauna hats that I can swap out, finding this brand and this package was better than what I was expecting. I definitely recommend!
