The whole length of a 38 belt is 44 inch, and it is 38 inch from the head(without buckle) to the middle hole.

Q: How long is the 44" size?

Normally you would take a 44 if you wear a 42 waist pant

Q: Why did you send me the wrong color? the color does not match the picture....
