I have had tennis elbow on and off for over 40 years. I have tried all kinds of braces and Bauerfeind is by far the best. It expensive, but I consider it well worth it. When the elbow acts up, I start using the brace and it really helps when I am doing strenuous things. They also last 3-5 years before I need to replace them.

I bought this for a tennis elbow issue. I wanted something that fits under my sleeve (unlike the stabilizing strap) and this is definitely the right product for that. It is snug which is fine because it's a compression sleeve. However, wearing it for long periods of time gets uncomfortable. After a few weeks of use, the wax on the inside edges of the sleeve is starting to peel. Thankfully, this hasn't affected the compression. I recommend this for tennis elbow because it's easier to wear than a stabilizing strap. Update after more than month use - the wax on the inside of the sleeve (to keep the sleeve in place) is completely gone and the top of the sleeve is extremely loose (the logo is completely gone too). Very, very disappointed with long term quality-I expected so much better. I will have to switch to a stabilizing strap until the elbow has completely healed. I would not spend $75 for the sleeve.

The best support brace in the market! Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny and you get what you pay for. Purchasing via Amazon versus regular retail was a significant savings. The compression is positioned perfectly and provides excellent support. I have been suffering with tennis elbow for a few years, have tried at least 4 other braces and this is the only brace that comfortably provides me with the support needed to play tennis. It does fit snugly. Using the sizing chart provided, I fell in between sizes and originally ordered the smaller size as suggested. It was too tight. When I responded to the follow up email I received from the vendor just 2 days after my brace arrived, letting them know about the fit, they responded within hours. At their recommendation, I returned the brace exchanging for the larger size. I was credited for the return immediately and the replace brace is great. So I happily give Bauerfeind 5 stars plus - their product is great and so is their customer service.

I want to love this brace. It absolutely helps and the material feels high quality. However, I've worn this for maybe 20hrs now total since I purchased it not even 3 months ago and it's falling apart. The gel pad encasement is coming undone, the adhesive on the top is falling off, even the logo is coming off (which I don't care about and doesn't effect the performance), but still shows the quality deterioration. I've never machine washed this either. I have used it while weightlifting and wearing it throughout the day. Maybe I've got a lemon, but the quick deterioration is disappointing.

Bauerfeind always makes great products, this elbow brace is no different. Highly quality construction, thoughtful design, you pay for what you get.

I got this after I got tennis elbow. It was very supportive and helpful but for the price it ripped within a few times of wearing. I’m curious if it was due to washing it? I did not put it in the dryer so very disappointed for the amount I spent on it

I had tennis elbow and tried different straps to alleviate the pain when playing tennis. Nothing worked. I have a Bauerfeind Knee brace which works really well so I decided to try the elbow sleeve. Best decision...the sleeve made it possible to play tennis with minimal discomfort and now my tennis elbow is gone. I will continue to wear the sleeve when I play tennis. It is very comfortable and adds support to my arm.

High quality but small. If you are between sizes, choose the bigger size.
