Scombroid Poisoning
I love mackerel and have bought this many times. However the past few times I got sick literally within 30 minutes of eating it. It's just happened again and I've been told it's scombroid poisoning. This means it hasn't been refrigerated properly. Well the fault isn't with me! Think carefully before buying. I won't be buying it again.

As you know with fish less is more if you want to actually taste it. On this one I think maybe just stick to smoked mackerel.
