I like the fact that it is easy to take. I believe the C8 content will be more beneficial to my health and weight loss journey. I noticed I have more energy while taking this product. I would say that its money well spent.

This is an excellent quality oil to use as part of a keto diet.Just take a teaspoon full before you eat food.It is not unpleasant taste wise and easy to swallow. Try it now.

Don't be fooled the word PURE , when I read pure I assumed organic. I was wrong this "pure" oil is mixed with palm oil and THAT is not pure, that's poison.
