I've waited to write a review, because I wanted to be sure any changes I saw seemed directly related to the use of this kombucha. One of our teens is autistic and has upset stomach at least once a week (likely due to anxiety related to autism). I had read a few articles online about how probiotics not only helps GI issues (I can personally say that's true for myself! I tend to get kombucha in a bottle from my grocery store for myself, but none of the flavors seemed to appeal to our teen) but that the mind/stomach connection (apparently there is one!) can be helped along by improving the gut bacteria, which apparently sends signals to the brain in a cyclical nature that helps both the GI issues as well as easing some of the anxiety in autistic people. Do a google search for yourself, I'm not doing the research much justice here with my layman explanation.All of that to say that it has definitely helped ease our teen's stomach upset complaints (they drink it about 4-6 times a week, mixing 1 packet into a 24-ish oz water bottle). Now, this could be coincidental, but it does seem to be easing our teen's anxiety levels a bit as well. I'm not a doctor, this isn't medical advice, only our personal experience.We got the lemon, which is pretty tasty, and then my husband ordered the peach for himself and he loves it (he takes it as needed when he's got some digestive discomfort, probably about 1x-2x/week.Again, I love the stuff in a bottle I get at the grocery store, but I have to say it's great to keep a packet of this in my purse for both my teen and I in case we have any stomach upset while out and about, especially since we always have a water bottle with us wherever we go. I got this for a probiotic booster. Not a big fan of Kombucha but this one is pretty good. Upon mixing i let it sit for about 5 minutes to get the "fizz" out. I put one packet into one liter of water.Works for me.

Ease of use and price!

I tried this with and without sparking water and it tastes fine and still has a fizz without carbonation added.My only complaint is it doesn’t taste like kombucha. It tastes like an Emergency-C packet added to water. I personally wouldn’t buy it again because I wanted that kombucha taste. If you don’t want the kombucha taste then you may like it because it doesn’t taste bad but not what I expected…

This is on the sweeter side for being lemon flavored! I ordered these to try since I ran out of my other brand. They're a good price for 10. I will definitely order more of these:) They do have that slight fizz.

OMG, it came today. Super fast. I placed the order on holiday weekend and it was delivered today, on Tuesday. I do not have Amazon Prime.By the way I love this Kombucha not just it is delicious but it comes as a convenient stick type. I travel often and it will be one of my must item on my luggage. I did not know Kombucha can come as a stick type. I have been trying the heavy bottles so far. Especially I am exciting today because I received them just before my trip.I may order the lemon flavor for my sister who loves Kombucha.

This has become a staple in my household. I actually combine it with fiber powder in the evening and a tall glass of cold water. It makes a nice fizz and the taste is way better than just taking fiber powder. It adds a great form of probiotics and is good for the digestion.
