I bought this just because I was on a buying spree and it was so inexpensive. Ya know, recommended product and at a price point so low that, eh, may as well. Haha. So now that that's out of the way, does this product work? Yes. It does exactly what it says it will do. This is a great product. It feels like a matte product but doesn't show up like that. I've been a matte girl for a long time and I love the dewy and glowy finish that this provides. I like being able to have this option as I get ready in the morning. The great part is that when you apply this, it doesn't look like anything special, but once I put a light foundation over it, that's when it comes to life. It makes my face look immeasurably better than just foundation alone. I only need a little bit of it to cover my face, so it lasts a long time. I notice that my make-up lasts a bit longer than it does without this...but maybe I'm just imagining things. Again, with most Wet n Wild products, watch the pricing on it. I bought this for $1.41 and it's currently at $4.98. Not that that's a big difference, but their products bounce around all the time in price...so take note of that and be a little patient. I love to leave a bunch of them saved in my cart and then it tells me when the price has changed and then I'll move it into my cart and purchase it. Pros: It does what it says it will do. It feels good underneath my foundation. It's not too greasy or oily feeling on my skin. The price point is really great and is totally worth it. It produces a nice healthy glow under my foundation. This is an absolutely amazing makeup primer. I have very dry and sensitive skin. I have to be extremely careful what products I use upon my face. This does not irritate my face at all. The primer is lotion like and consistency and has a bronze luminous tint. The tint cannot be seen under my foundation. My makeup goes on extremely even & smith over this. I use this with the photo focus foundation liquid or stick and I've never received more compliments. I've been told my skin looks perfect. I do get people asking what makeup I'm using and they're always surprised when I tell them wet and wild everything's under $5.

No need to spend much on a primer. I have a box full. Some work, some are just another layer of product. I like primers that can be worn alone or used under make up. If it can boost my glow factor without looking like the tin man, then I am all for it. This Wet n Wild primer had me at "Dewy". That is what I go for in how I like my skin to look. It provides a mild sheen. Use a light hand if using alone. Can use more if placing under make up. A subtle glow comes through. My skin care routine has provided me with naturally glowing, dewy skin, but I wanted a primer that would help that come through on the rare occasion I put on make up. This is definitely a winner for making skin look good alone, or boosting glow under make up. Budget friendly too.

I bought this Wet N Wild Photo Focus Dewy Primer simply due to the fact that it was an excellent price with Subscribe and Save. It was too good to pass up and miss a chance to try it. This is my first Dewy primer. The package is nice, sturdy, and simple. The product has a slight beige color to it and definitely has a big glow/shimmer payoff. It is intense. I've used this multiple times now with several different types of foundation. This combined with certain types of foundation is a nightmare. I use a lighter BB cream for every day looks and the combination made for a face that just looked wet and sweaty. However, with a matte foundation I found it to be very nice, and smooth. A good balance with the matte and dewy combined. I will definitely purchase this again, it's a steal for the price! Just be cautious with what foundation you combine with it. Maybe test on your hand before applying a full face.

Many primers are overpriced non performers. Not this one. This matte formula by this budget brand is simply the best I have ever used. I have very dry skin and live in a high desert climate, but prefer a matte finish. This product does that without drying my face out or costing too much. My makeup lasts until I take it off with minimal to no touch ups.

Gives my face a nice smooth surface before I put foundation and keeps me oil free for much of the day. I was surprised this worked better for me than gel oil control lotion. This is white like a lotion and disappears when you rub in. I’ll continue buying because it works and the price is great! I have pretty oily skin….ive even tried the whole Milk of Magnesium as a primer to control oil (which worked fantastic too, but can give white cast and the ph is t great for your face and can eventually cause acne). This product was very similar as far as controlling oil with no white cast or oh balance worry.
