Mirka 23-145-180 Goldflex Soft Foam Back Abrasive Pad

I’ve had a few dozen scraps of this stuff i got at Woodcraft well over ten years ago, and milked it for all it was worth - I finally decided to just buy an entire box. Cut is super smooth, doesn’t load up, the foam backing looks questionable but actually holds up after years of use. I’ve been using the 180, 320, and 600 for guitar fretwork. The 180 works great for knocking back lacquer coats for guitar finishing. I still have a box of 320 on the way, and will follow it up with the 600 and I should be set for life. Heck I might even dabble in a couple other grits. It’s the best sandpaper I’ve ever used.

Works great wet or dry . I cut the pads into smaller sections for my use. I use 320,400,600,800,1000 grits..I wish they made higher than 1000 grit...such as 1200,1500,1800,2000...any one or two of those would be great additions
