I thought this would be a sturdy coil/spring that I would be able to roll down a hallway for my cat to play with, but it doesn't roll very far at all. However, it does have use as a hanging dangle that lil' fella can swat at and bite a bit. Also has a really nice minty smell, so that's a place.

They don’t stay coiled- as soon as they are played with they uncoil and become very long and don’t spring back.

These are made of a very nice material. They do stretch out pretty easily, but are still fun for the cats even stretched out. They love them!

Open in a well ventilated area. It stinks like Halls cough drops.

I think my cats would like it, but the smell is too much. It's like a clove/ menthol car air freshener.

My boy cat goes crazy for wool toys, so I thought I’d try these. Nope, nothing. I put it in front of him and he gave me that “wtf” look and walked away. I still gave it 3/5 stars because they look to be well made, and if I was a cat, I’d probably like to play with these. My little female didn’t even sniff them, just walked away. I’ll toss the one I gave them, then donate the other 3 to the local cat rescue. Maybe other cats will like them.
