The tripod base metal parts were broken when I received the product.. that’s how bad the quality is

I placed an order yesterday, which I received at 11 a.m. on May 23rd. Unfortunately, the product is incomplete and came without any instruction manual. While it is lightweight and not chipped, the quality is subpar. The packaging looks as though it was previously used and returned, making me feel like I received someone else's return.

There was no remote received as shown in picture

I returned it. Flimsy and not user friendly

The light did not work. Although very easy to ensemble there were no instructions for trouble shooting. Could have been just a dud but cannot write proper review for this

I'm a single mum and I miss out on pictures and videos of me and my kids. Its impossible to be in the moment with them and then also get my phone out to capture the moment and keep forever. I have a terrible memory (partly due to the 'tism and some other things) so I need to get as many photos and videos as I can, then I have things to bring me back to the moment and relive it, to never forget. I thought this would be perfect to set up my phone and record us, then go through and take screen shots to have pictures of us - its the best idea I've ever had! I can get super confused with instructions and these got me, I won't lie. I struggled to wrap my pea brain around the instructions for a good 5 minutes, but after fiddling around for a bit I managed to sort it out. If you're not a pea brain you shouldn't have any problems because its pretty straight forward (hind sight be 20/20). You just pull the legs out, pull the pole up to the height you want (then this is the part that got me) you decide if you want just the phone holder OR the ring light with the bendable arm phone holder. You cannot attach both phone holders. If, like me, you're left scratching your head wondering why there's two holders but no space to attach both, and starting to panic that you've messed up - you've not, its fine, that's how its meant to be. Once you've done the set up once, it will take less than a minute to set up again, its quick and easy. When you need to store it away, just fold it up and it will fit almost anywhere. I put it back in its box because my kids are feral and are desperate to use it as a "Cameraman Titan" IFYKYK, but it would easily fit in your bag or a drawer. The ring light is BRIGHT, as long as you use the right adapter. It has to be 5v 2A adapter, I use one of my Samsung super fast adapter and it works fine. I don't really use the ring light much because I'm not doing any kind of professional photos/videos, so I can't comment on how well it would suit needs like that, but when I do use it you can see the difference 100%. If you do need the ring light there are 3 different light colours (white - warm white - warm yellow) that are dimmable, so there's lots of different options to pick from and find something that fits your needs. The Bluetooth fob that comes with it works fine with my Samsung, but I would make sure the shutter sound is on so you can hear it actually working because sometimes you need to press the button twice for it to take the picture/start recording. Its very light but very sturdy, its definitely made for indoor use. I do use it outside though (without the ring light) and as long as the floors level, and there's not too much wind, its fine. It was one of the cheapest ring light phone holders I've found so I wasn't expecting too much and I didn't want much either. Now I can capture my own memories with my kids, without spending too much, or relying on someone else. It's more than I could have needed. 10/10 great buy.

Alors là, je n’ai rien à dire ! J’adore et je m’en sers tout le temps ! J’adore pouvoir régler la taille, la lumière ect , je n’ai absolument rien à dire Elle se démonte assez bien, alors pour prendre en voyage, c’est très pratique

Meglio di quello che mi sarei aspettato. Il prezzo era molto vantaggioso e non avevo grandi aspettative, invece devo ricredermi. Il Ring è piu grande di quello che immaginavo, attacchi smontabili x tel e fotocamera e telecomando blutouth. La luce non è fortissima e di sicuro non è super professionale, ma è un ottimo compromesso visto il prezzo.
