Live it that warranty extended for such a small amount

لم يصلني الضمان و تم اعلامي ان الضمان وصل الى الايميل و لم يصل و لا يوجد رقم تواصل ولا ايميل و الان احتاج الى ارجاع على الضمان لان الجاهز اللذي اشتريته تعطل I didn't receive the email for the policy,even though they told me that i get it in email And now i have an problem with the product that i bought and i need the warranty

Good security for delicate product

-I don't like that Salama Care Warranty always starts after 1 year of purchase, regardless if the product has manufacture warranty or not. If the product needs warranty claim then customer need to wait for 1 year to complete, this is not fair. There should be an option for customer to start the warranty from the day of purchase where there are no manufacturer warranty. -Once warranty starts after 1 year of purchase then depreciation value starts from 2 years. Depreciation value also should start from the warranty starting date, not the purchase date as Salama is not providing warranty from the date of purchase. -It was easy for me to claim but difficult to get hold of them via phone. Thanks.
