Well made and stylish, great value for Bluetooth headset with mike, great tone and included (printed) set-up details. Light and good battery (re-chargeable) times - what else can I say. Well, 'when a problem arose customer support were rapid with a reply and a solution. 10 out of 10!

This is actually the second Earbay wireless headset I’ve bought. The product itself is very good — the noise cancelling works great, the battery lasts for days, and I use it daily for work Monday through Friday without issues. I only had to replace my first one because my 2-year-old nephew broke the microphone (not the headset’s fault!). The second headset unfortunately turned out to be defective after a couple of months, but I reached out to their customer support and they were excellent. They quickly arranged a replacement without even requiring me to ship the defective unit back, which saved me time and hassle. Overall, both the headset and their customer service have been great. Definitely recommend!

Good headset - absolutely plug-and-play. It's light to wear, but seems more robust than the heavier one I had before, where the charging port broke loose inside. Sound quality is good and although I can't comment on the noise-cancelling feature of the microphone from personal experience, I've never had any problem with people on the other end being unable to hear me. I'm happy to recommend.

Required a wireless headset when working from home and didn’t want to spend a great deal. This is comfortable, easy to use and no complaints with battery life. I leave the headset on and connected via Bluetooth for a whole working day, so I can easily pick up calls and join meetings. I’m never on calls all day so your mileage may vary. Overall, very pleased!

I have very mixed feelings with this product. On one hand the mic is VERY good, noise cancelling works much better than I expected and the quality of the sound it produces is much better than what the price suggests. The actual audio quality is also very good, with surround sound included as a nice bonus. So that's what makes it really good for calls and listening to music. However, due to it using Bluetooth only and no way to wire it or use a USB, the delay can be 1-2 seconds a lot of the time, and sometimes the audio gets crunchy as well due to a bad connection. This means it is almost unusable for anyone watching videos on it or gaming due to the delay being too distracting, which is a genuine shame given the quality of the headset itself...

I’m a professional interpreter and this Bluetooth headset is my life saver as I can interpret while walking and moving around. Very clear and reduces background noise. Worth the price ! 7 hours and more battery time!

Overall I'm disappointed with my choice. The battery life struggles to last a full working day and needs to be charged daily. The connection with my laptop regularly drops during calls (less than 3feet from me). Finally I find the head set quite tight so not comfortable for long Teams meeting.

Arrived charged, connected to business laptop right away, took and made calls and still charged at the end of day. Good fit and comfortable on the head and ears, perfect sound as to the calls I was handling. Ideal for intended use.

Great sound and super comfy! I’ve been using these headphones for about a week now and I love them! The sound is clear and the bass is surprisingly strong. They’re also really comfortable, even after wearing them for hours. Bluetooth connects quickly and stays stable. Totally worth it for the price!

Out of all the ear buds and head sets I think I found the one to keep. So far I have been able to use these for 3+ days without charging while having hours of meetings and leaving the power on for 8+ hours a day. I like that these ones can adjust the Windows volume (some BT headsets can't). Two minor issues: 1) I dislike is the announcement every time I mute or unmute. If someone is talking in a meeting I cannot hear them while the announcement happens. I don't need to be told when I mute or unmute since I have to press the button to do that and the red light shows it's muted. 2) The mute button is on the back side of the mic so you need to grip the mic on the front and back to press the button which might cause some noise to people listening.
