Thai Kitchen Instant Rice Noodle Soup, Garlic and Vegetables, 1.6-Ounce Unit (Pack of 12)

A quick easy soup or noodle dish that has become a staple in my gluten free kitchen!

Nice cup of noodles for lunch. Heats up quickly in the microwave. I have added beef, chicken, fish, green onion, tofu, fresh vegetables for a fast and easy lunch.

My body loves this soup. I can't use the spicy oil, but the flavor doesn't need it. Throw in your favorite protein and love it. I like to throw in a can of chopped clams in clam juice and the broth heats it all just to my taste. Yummy. UPDATE: Mandy Bulgogi Chicken Dumplings are a great pairing in the soup. Just get the broth going, add a couple dumplings for 3 minutes, the add the noodles and you have a delicious meal. Great for someone who needs small soft foods!

Not the best but pretty good. Easy to prepare. You can add things like chicken and vegetables. Maybe egg and peanuts too to create Pad Thai. Would purchase again.

I purchase this soup all the time, and then add celery, carrots chicken onion. I have Celiac disease and need a change of menu on occasion. This is my go to for lunch.

I love the flavor of the Garlic and Vegetable soup. The noodles are gluten free. The spices are great. It is a quick easy meal and there are a lot of things I can add to it to make a larger meal, is great for one or two people or can be expanded for four. I use a gluten free chicken stock to cook everything in.

This is a good product and my grandkids love them. They will eat these when they don't want anything else. The problem I have, is that 12 pkgs. were in a bag a bag, not in the 12 pkg. Box they come in and the nose were crunched up and 2 bags broken open. Poor handling. The upside is,the product is super good.

Not bad. The flavor needs some work. It's slightly spicy and way too salty. However, I love the convenience of these instant rice noodles, and the noodles themselves are okay. I make sure to use only half of the orange sauce and half of the flavoring pack before adding water and microwaving for three minutes (using the full amount is unnecessarily unhealthy and overly flavorful). But there are certainly plenty of worse-for-you snacks out there. The noodles are pretty al dente at first, but if you let it sit for a couple minutes before eating, the noodles soften up. It's a pretty small snack- one pack doesnt come close to making me full. I ate three on my first go, and I'm a petite woman. But it comes in handy when I need a quick and easy snack. I would definitely be willing to try other flavors, and I'd probably recommend others to try this. Just not at its full strength. For making two packets at once, I microwaved for 5 minutes with extra water, and used one full orange packet and one full flavoring packet. It came out perfect! THIS ITEM IS NOW DOUBLE THE PRICE AS MY LAST PURCHASE. IT'S UNBELIEVABLE.
